Jeffrey D. Long | President

Mr. Long is a licensed attorney and a real estate broker. He has developed a wide variety of commercial projects and, today, oversees the raising of debt and equity and Asset Management of hotels. Over the last few years, he has raised the debt and equity for nine hotels that he has also Asset Managed. He has also selected 50 hotel sites and done approximately 55 feasibility and/or market studies combined.

Jeff Long holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College, a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk School of Law and an LLM degree in Taxation from Boston University Law School. He is a current member of the Georgia and Massachusetts State Bars and the Marietta Rotary Club and has served on the Advisory Board of a local bank.

Jerry D. Cox | Senior Vice President

Mr. Cox directly oversees and manages all the firm’s contractors and renovation services.

He brings to each project over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction management and real estate development. He has worked for developers and construction companies throughout the country being based out of Chicago, Washington D.C., and Charlotte, N.C. before settling in Atlanta, Georgia. He has a broad educational background having specialized in business management, construction and engineering.

Jerry Cox has managed the site development of close to 25 hotels and renovations for another 10 hotels. He has overseen all civil engineering while assisting in the architectural design and value engineering of each project. Mr. Cox has rezoned properties, acquired variances and obtained all local, state and federal approvals for site development for all projects and assisted with building permitting as needed. And finally, Mr. Cox has acted as aggregate when all else in the development process failed.
