In business since 1986 as commercial real estate developers, Long and Cox Properties, Inc. has specialized in the development of hotels since 1992.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the company’s principals have over 45 years combined experience in all phases of real estate development and asset management.  In addition, the company has an able support staff trained in numerous development disciplines.

Long and Cox Properties, Inc. has built its success on three basic tenets:

1.Real estate development is our only business,
2.Success in real estate development is primarily dependent on an empirical approach where you research, plan, execute and close, and
3.We succeed only when our clients and/or investors succeed.

Using these tenets, the firm has successfully assisted in the development or renovation of over 50 hotels with a total value in excess of $100,000,000.00.  [In fact, at one point, Long and Cox Properties, Inc. simultaneously had over 11 hotels in various stages of development.]

Over the last number of years, Long and Cox Properties, Inc. has focused primarily on their own projects and the projects of their existing partners.  As such, the ability to raise debt and equity for projects and to asset manage those investments once they are built or renovated has become a priority.
